Good food; friendly service . Tried this spot because was in the mood for catfish and they have good reviews. Catfish platter is hearty: 5 pcs, salad (option), fries , hush puppies & cornbread

The Mac n' Cheese was amazingly rich & scrumptious. The sauce for the Crawfish Etouffee was so creamy- it's to die for! Huge portions ! Desserts look so yummy! I want to try their Pecan Pie .

Please confirm its best place in clearlake for New Orleans Style Oyster PoBoys . Here tastes like plain fried oysters regular bread (not french) plain lettuce mayonnaise 2 of 10 being New Orleans style

Holy balls this place was amazing!!!! Collard greens were exceptionally perfect, twice baked potato was wonderful, best hush puppies I've ever eaten, etouffe my hubby salivated over. A+++++++++

BBQ Roast Beef Poboy was good, but definitely not smothered in BBQ sauce like it says in the description. Get a side or two of BBQ to dip it into.

Catfish a la Abe!

I haven't been back since I had the red beans + rice + later got food poisoning. They apparently would let the beans reach room temperature+ladle them over steaming hot rice to instantly warm them up.
