Nice hotel with fantastic view on city . Cloud 23 Bar is best place to relax and have a good time at evening.

Great 20m pool for doing lengths! Usual for a city centre hotel to have a pool that's long enough and straight enough to be able to use for exercise!

Decent chain hotel , better than others in the city and great views - request a high room.

Very helpful staff . They also have a big box of phone chargers so just when you thought all was lost, they can cater for almost any stricken traveller's mobile needs.

Pool, hot tub and steam fabulous! You can wander down in your dressing gown - towels provided at the pool.

Treat yourself to an Executive room, and get free access to the executive lounge - free drinks & snacks all day, and buffet breakfast in the morning.

Rooms're ok. No sleepers and bathrobes available. Breakfast 's nice. Minibar has not been replenished for 2 days now. Wi fi isn't free in rooms, but available in the lobby. Gym is small, but has a pool

Good hotel but wifi was very patchy. Staff claimed it was cause I was too far from the router but as far as I could tell it was only one room away.

Internet isn't included! Even if you are a HH member or on the exec floor... Pure BS! I don't care about the price of Internet, it annoys me to enter a password every five minutes in a dumb BT portal.

Just a horror! I will never go again in a Hilton hotel thanks to these people! I surrendered my Hilton membership card and will never go again in any hotel of this brand!

Get your ass to Cloud 23 for a cocktail

Trading on the brand and "cool" bar , Cloud 23. The service and guest care is shockingly poor and the room was coated with dust. Staff were indifferent. Spend your money elsewhere.

This Hilton is looking tired. Room is dusty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while and it smells of stale smoke. Disappointing, won't be staying here again.
