By the way, parking is an issue and I've recommended that they bring in valet parking as there are so many car parks nearby

Great hotel in the city center, close to Piccadilly. Rooms may be a bit old, find something not working and tell them you are not satisfied in their survey:you’ll easily get extra Hilton Honors points

The staff here are amazing, very attentive and not biased to people in suits or smart casual , rooms are very nice...haven't tried the food so can't comment but very impressed

Stunning hotel . Staff are amazing wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Manchester. Piccadilly lounge is awesome for a great night out.

Had a brilliant night's sleep and got inclusive breakfast , buffet and choice if English food cooked to order. Would defiantly stay again

Good service . Business rooms. At Piccadilly station. Overnight stays but others much better for longer stays.

Good rooms but the breakfast is terrible go to debanems market garden 5 mins awqy for a great cheap breakfast thqt actually tastes ediable and doesent look like not being rude(sick)

Room smelt of dead mice, rodent problem, staff nice. So very average hotel staffed with nice people

Хорошая гостиница , хотя на 4 * не дотягивает. Удобно расположена у вокзала и недалеко от центра. В номере есть чайник с халявным чаем и кофе и утюг . При въезде угощают теплой английской печенькой :)
