The bar is a great place for an informal meeting during the day. It has plenty of comfy chairs with enough space between them to keep your conversation private.
Have the Prime Rib on your birthday as a surprise. If you see the Aussie cricket team you might need to commiserate them. #where'veyourashesgone?
Free wifi but you need to give a name and email address. Accepts any email and let's you straight in. Just uncheck box that's pre-opted you into their Marcomms. Great hotel overall. Friendly staff .
Enjoyable experience here, the bed was perfect! Wonderful spa and the staff were extremely helpful and very kind! Will be back!
The moulin rouge room is a great suite and fun for two including a fab bath
18 MALMASION OWLS“In 1915 Leeds City Tramways Department opened as a symbol of how important transport had become. Leeds was the first to use electricity from overhead lines to power the trams .”
The best business hotel in town . Great staff ... Can't do enough for you
Nice hotel with very comfortable , quiet rooms but no breakfast before 7:00am! Even the Starbucks doesn't open until 7:09
Salt cod starter and beef bourginion mains just stunning. Beef melt in the mouth tender with a gravy that has fantastic depth of flavour.
The refurb has paid off. Rooms are great... The reception staff are brilliant but the room rate system is a bit bizarre must have a bored revenue director in head office
Great meeting venue, good food and coffee served here.
Excellent Old Fashioneds to be had at the lobby bar .
A comfortable hotel to stay in Manchester
Lovely rooms with large bathrooms , bed wasn't too comfy but had a good night nontheless and a great breakfast in the morning, not as expensive as I thought!
Fantastic rooms and great restaurant
Great location (centre, train station , Northern Quarter etc). Standard hotel . Very slow service at the bar . Kitchen took more than half an hour to bring out food, too. WiFi is free but really slow.
20 pounds brunch on Sundays from 12pm. Great value and you end up stuffed
Great for chilled out cocktails and a bit of Gok Wan spotting!
Cinema Suite was amazing - staff very friendly and chatty - off to try breakfast now
Amanda in the breakfast lounge and Jennifer on reception are especially good at their jobs. Only downsides are Radio 2 over breakfast , a dearth of bathrobes, no rubbish tv channels and no rye bread .
Wifi is now free, easy to connect, just ask at reception for a code for superfast connection... Bonus!
Wifi : just put in any letter and any number then accept the T&Cs... and you're in.
Really slow check-out 20 people deep, so best check out early.
Dont bother forming queue at reception , women generally dont understand concept. Also Dont bother expecting your room to be ready by checkin time or expect apologies/extra service from reception
Staff are very welcoming
This place is great for cocktails . Try the blackforest martini . Booyah
Food in smoak brilliant. Service ok but only open 5 days so more training and confidence required. Good luck guys.
Just had a sauna and massage here. The wife had a great pedicure . This place has a spa !
Nice hotel but worst wifi ever! Never experienced such a lousy, slow wifi . It's a shame. Good wifi should be standard in hotels .
Free wifi . Should be, it's woefully slow.
You don't get coffee with breakfast in your room at the MalMaison. What a crock of shite
The beds here are extremely firm almost hard. Otherwise, a descent joint.
2.62 for half of lager ha ha ha, glad I don't pay it :-)
Room 412. Very noisy plumbing at midnight. Sounded like massive tollet cistern in the ceiling! Stopped after 20 mins.
If you want to eat at the restaurant book a table!
Try the mighty Mal burger with fries mmmmmmmm Read more
WiFi here used to be free, now limited to 30 mins unless you pay. Greedy.
Lots of plumbing noise SMALL dark cave like rooms how this place has gone down hill :-(
Avoid room 118. Had a post-midnight plumbing-induced wake-up call.
Dirty hotel in a dirty city . Plumbing noise all night. Crap Internet. Dirty rooms. Good shower .
They don't do the iced shaken espresso like back home but the closest thing is iced caffe latte with syrup. - Bader Naserallah
Intimate place below ground at the Malmaison. Service definitely improved. Kayleigh gave one of the best ‘deep tissue’ massages I have had. Great value particularly if you are a hotel guest - 25% off. - Bijan Young
A lovely hotel. Spacious well-appointed bedrooms, a choice of restaurants and free WiFi throughout. Recommended! - Rob Jackson
A good place for lunch £8.95 for a main and a glass of house wine. Good value and polite welcoming staff. - Nick Wilson

Great fir steaks and burgers and the sea bass is the best for miles. - Bijan Young
Plenty of shops and the market is great. The food bit if market is best place to go and fine good food and reasonable too - Rachel Clarke
We did the stadium & academy tour. Everyone we came in to contact with at the club was super helpful and friendly. Graham our guide was great - very knowledgeable and did a great job personalizing - Natalie Jones
