If you’re using a sous-vide, just ask the staff to vacuum pack the meat for you. You can ask them to add salt and pepper , and you can buy some fresh herbs to put in the vacuum pack as well .

Wow, what a discovery today. Won't be buying meat elsewhere from now on. Great selection and apparently they deliver if more than $75. Also mention the kids playground and brunch setup...

They can season meats for you for your BBQ & give good advice on how to handle the meat as well as the choice of cuts. Awesomely friendly service !

Paulaner beer is very good. Food is excellent. Took 45 min to be seated when we were told 10 min. Really rude about accommodating height chair for friend's toddler.

First things first, the breakfast is pretty good although the scramble eggs are kind of dull. They do charge for water... Which for a premise that serves alcohol is not very responsible.

Bistro is open daily except Mondays. Opens earlier on weekends (9:30am)

Roast beef sandwich was solid. Service was awesome as was the price.

No tap water served here. Either their house still Huber’s Water ($4.50 for 1.5 litre), or Gerolsteiner sparkling water ($9 for 1.5 litre)

The new space is very large, though I find it a bit odd to have split up the meats across 2 floors.

You can shop for your own cheese and bread in the supermarket and have it right at the bistro .. Very good ambience and friendly staff ..

Hubers has moved. Just down the road to much larger premises with a nice playground for kids.

The marinated cuts are quite reasonable.

2007 shiraz for 48 Sing is pretty reasonable. Ribeye isn't cheap , though.
