Great place for truffles and meats! The black big truffles has a very green smell almost like peanut sprouts. The steaks tastes very milky . The sprouts are well cooked in a unique way, crispy .

Cold storage @ seafood section. Besides frozen ones, find preserved products: shrink-wrapped octopus leg , smoked salmon , marinated anchovies , salmon rilettes, canned crabbed meat , lobster bisque , more

Far less pretentious than the "Grocer" and a great wine selection . Warm spinach quail salad is superb. Blue Stilton cheese is fantastic. Maybe the freshest oysters I have had in SG.

Culina burger . Hidden under their “Sandwich ” menu section is the juicy offering of wagyu beef patty, Emmental cheese & tomato relish . Sounds basic but yummy! This plate $28

The pappardelle pasta was thin yet springy. Great with home-cooked ragoût , coating with all that savoury sweet sauce

The bakery uses the modular Zanolli bread/pastry ovens from Italy. Started in 1952, its first product was an electric pizza oven

Have a date with Savarin and Pecorino , and then drizzle honey on everyone for a smooth finish. We're talking truffle cheeses here btw.

Crab meat with spaghettini . Light yet flavourful crab meat in spicy tomato sauce . If not spicy enough, ask for chilli flakes

There are 3 entities operating within: market , florist & bistro . Take note of different operating hours. Supermarket opens 9am-10pm

You can buy a tin of duck fat , or for the same sized tin, 12 pieces of duck confit (already prepared with fat & salt)

Best oyster - go for White Pearl . It's not too salty, with a creamy textured aftertaste. Ultra yummy. The Royal Oyster and Wild Big a Oyster were too salty.

Chilli flakes available. When dining here & u would like a bit more spiciness , ask for this

The new joint is big and spacious ! Busy though.Booking recommended if u plan to dine there on Fri and Sat evening.

I like the concept. Find your own steak , pay for it and for 15 Sgd, they prepare it for you. Very good quality.

Too many nice exotic foods. Best not to shop on an empty stomach. Have a chat with the silver haired gentleman at the cold cuts & meats section . He'll be able to advise on the foods there.

Ocean trout has a gorgeous colour. Clean & simple taste

The grilled vegetables and tapenade panini sandwich is every vegetarian or vege loving must have sandwich !

Falls-off-bone duck confit . So crispy , it’s addictive

They stock quite an impressive range of cheese . Look for it in the middle of the shop

Great atmosphere - with tons of natural light - to have a lazy weekend brunch .

The seared foie gras was delish! Nice balance of tastes and textures as it was atop apples and brioche . Yums!!

Florist Grandiflora operates within Culina. Founded by Saskia Havekes in Sydney

Grilled octopus leg was a good size one. Cooked just right but a tad bland, I tasted better. The potato on the size saved the dish.

Grilled seabream is very good! Good for two

Coffee here starts from $6 for an espresso . U can get cheaper cuppas nearby @ Jones or Huber's

Bluefin tuna salad is awesome! Tuna melts in your mouth. Goes well with Santedame 2009 Chianti

Expensive but worth a visit once in a while. Have a glass of wine and some cheese at the bar .
