The view from the roof is great, the staff is super nice and helpful, they allow pets for $25, the whole building is beautiful! Really intentionally designed and comfy , with a nice breakfast buffet

Its a nice place to stay over when you visiting Niagara falls. Location is very convenient. Rooms are clean and tidy. But breakfast is very simple.

Great place to stay and enjoy the city everything is at walking distance. Front desk needs to be a little friendly and professional sides that very good experience. .

You've got to go to the skyview lounge . Take the elevator up and follow the signs. Great place to catch a drink or chat with friends.

Outstanding hotel . Gorgeous decor, very friendly staff . Views from the top floor are stunning. Perfection.

Chat with Eric if he's tending bar in the lounge . We went down for one drink before heading out on the town , but ended up spending hours talking to him.

You won't get a better place anywhere around. Park car and walk to everything. Spotless rooms, excellent service. About as good as you get!!

Excellent complimentary hot buffet breakfast . Love the Kuering coffee makers in the room.

The bar lounge is amazing! & they have live music on Thursdays & Fridays!!!
