Quality Hotel & Suites "At The Falls"

The hotel is situated in 5 minutes far from the Niagara Falls. Very good location and average both service, price and clean

They were great hosts for a 3 day meeting/classroom conference . As well , having a Restaurant in the hotel was very convenient and the food and service was good and fast.

This is across the street from the Convention Center and the Culinary Institute. This hotel seems to cater to tour buses , which means people getting up early to get on the road .

Great food in Legends Bar & Grill. Its worth the upgrade to a junior suite or two-room suite. Suites are bigger, newer, and have more in them...that is after all what makes a suite a suite lol

Clean room . Nice staff . Close to the falls if you are walking. Not too expensive for being so close to Niagara falls.

Poor customer service at check in desk . Hot water was not working in room. Was very disappointed in service. I had stayed there more than couple times. This by far the worst experience in a hotel

I was afraid to even sleep on the sheets . The place stinks like the sewer piping broke and we had to lift the door to lock it.

the pool is located next to the front desk 8am-10pm

Carpet horribly stained!! Costs $20 per night extra for a frig. in your room & $5/night extra to use the room safe. What a rip off & ice machines on floors 3, 4 & 5 were all broke!

Bit of a dump . Bartender was falling down drunk and had to be removed by the manager.

Stay at a different hotel , this place is fucking disgusting!
