The Auld Shebeen

Food here is good but drinks are great and this is the reason for my frequent visit to this place. Excellent place for a loud musical night in Fairfax. There is no place better than Auld Shebeen.

Love the employees. Sometimes the live music is a bit too loud . The apple cobbler is amazing, so is the soft pretzel and spinach dip !

Still one of the best places in Fairfax to meet for drinks. Excellent pour on the Guinness , and the chicken nachos are fantastic

Best shepard's pie in all of Fairfax!

Full Irish breakfast is fantastic! We had a great time watching football/soccer and hanging by the fire.

Like any good pub , it is the sense of belonging that make it raise to the top!

I always have the gorgeous Shepherd's pie . My husband always has the amazing fish & chips . I love the live Irish fiddle nights!

The potato leek soup is amazing! Butter Beer was magical✨

the seasonal autumn leaf martini is amazing! it's everything good about fall in a glass.

Great atmosphere! Service can be slow at times. Overall good experience.

Half price irish food on Mondays. Guiness stew or shepard's pie are good bets.

Great servers. Don't give them a hard time when they card you or they have to close up.

Good bar - fast drinks and everyone minds their own business.

Tip the bartenders well and they will take care of you. Frank, Manny, Joey, Chris, and Kalieb will hook it up.

Nothing, place was not even busy... Rude bouncer/host, running manager like crazy, dumb waitress and rude, took for ever for everything. Chicken tenders over cooked and super dry. Too much light!

The Shepard's Pie is the way to go.

Food is fairly mediocre. Decent beer selection . Would not recommend the fish and chips nor the corned beef and colcannon.
