Saba is professional.I recommend to follow her if you are new joined.she reminds you how to focus and move correctly.for me she inspired me every class I attended with her and exceeded my abilities ♥

What I liked about this gym is the variety of machines offered. Classes are good too but there are downsides: (1) Limited classes .. Nothing after 6:30 p.m, only machines (2)crowded classes .

I’m so happy that they offer the body pump class , also good variety of other classes & machines. Only thing I don’t like about this gym is that it tends to get too crowded & noisy with the kids

They offer Les Mills classes and my favourite class here was spinning. All their trainers are extremely nice but the weight room was under equipped. I’d come here for cardio not strength.

90 minutes spinning is awesome. .great job for me :D

I just love the pilates ckass with Saba when she make us imagine the 4 buttons in our tummy to squeeze all the muscles and stay focuse on it ♥

I only go to it because it is less than 10 min to my house. Place is too crowded , staff no so friendly . No free water, no towel and lockers with no locks you gotta bring ur lick with you.

Management will order annual maintenance for more than one month suspending your training without telling you when you first sign up.Disappointed the management didn't respond nor offer any solutions.

The only thing that i dont like about Kinetico is, that they close very early! They need to consider that a lot of women are working and they finish at 6 or 7pm! 1 hour a day to exercise is not enough
