I go to this gym since 2009 and it still keeps its quality, professional trainers and variety of classes ! I highly recommend it. they also have Spa with different services! ❤️

Small gym with reasonable prices. The facilities are in good shape and a relaxing environment . Only complaint- You have to ask for towels, water, soap, etc. cause they don't keep an eye on stock.

Excellent trainers ! they provide certification in how to be a trainer ! They have variety of activities even for little girls ! I go there for Juile's Anti-Gravity classes !

So far, all coaches are knowledgeable of what they do. Nice people. Very accommodating! Am excited to come every time 😍

I initially went for a wax and pedicure , but was drawn in by the gym and all its amenities . Minda is the best for wax and nails too.

All in one spa . Great massage packages. Go for the slimming massage . Ask for Glowen she's exceptional. Other services include: LPG, body wraps , Turkish baths , and gym/exercise classes .

Don't do any facials with Rawdha (Tunisian specialist ). She charged me SAR 500 today for a facial when I later found out by the receptionist that it's for SAR 280. I was compensated later by Lana
