The most comfortable gym in Subang I guess. The lift is pretty suxx but theres nothing to do with Fitness First. You stay with Empire Hotel , you may come here for free. Not to forget, handsome PT's!!

Megat must be the friendliest and best personal trainer here. So if you need guidance just approach him. Very bubbly and warm personality.

I love it here. Don't get why people think the staffs are rude coz frankly they're pretty professional compares to other FF's I've visited. Natural daylight into the weights section is a plus point!

One of the best FF outlet..if you're looking for a PT, try Faizul..friendly and you'll be in good hands. Plus the staffs are friendly , ignore the haters :)

It is definitely one of the newest, most modern and premium FFs. Very chic with lots of new machines and the only one with a swimming pool . Officially my fave now.

The only FF with swimming pool and Aqua Training Class . That's what make it worth paying monthly. Ahaks.

Small pool, always crowded ...not worthy of platinum status anymore

So far no problem with the staffs eventhough once in a while I will encounter some minor miscommunucations.. No sweat though..

the attraction here is the pool but the smell of the chlorine is quite strong.

Desk tops are only for decoration..the internet are very slow.. if the reason is to avoid members being glued to the computer n playing FB,,,, why bother putting the internet there?

Well , so far so good. The peeps I met was friendly . The lift wasn't kind tho

Don't really like their ladies shower room, they do not provide hooks inside and behind door, instead the hook them outside.. How to reach for shampoos etc

Not so like the receptionist Malay girl, always show black face, even smile and say thank you with. She just ignored and act arrogance.

Don't forget to take an hour off your parking ticket when u leave.

Friday body combat (5.35pm) is quite good due to less crowded .

Very limited yoga classes . Doesn't have a separate studio for the yoga classes

This place needs stronger air conditioning and ventilation at the weights area

May i know if parking is free for FF members?

The airconditioning system is mulfuction! Pls repair. Tq

They have a boxing class . Not bad. But no heavybags.

Good place to workout and relax..

Rack the weights back after each workout.Or you'll be cursed with, muscle senget.

Lift doesn't stop at Ground floor unless you press 'Down'. Get on at UG or LG.
