On the ground floor, mall management has allowed a F&B Poke shop between Starbucks and Shanghai Tang with no proper ventilation for the shop so there is a strong smell of frying that hangs in the air

Nice place to visit. Lots of food choices and Jaya grocer has a good western food stall inside. Parking is also easy at B4 although with strange layout.

From hotel to SOHO....u get various cuisines, fast foods , coffee , groceries , toys all the way up to massages !!! All located within a compact "gallery ". Convenient!

I like his mall because it's small-ish and not too crowded . Daiso, Charles & Keith, Wallis, Warehouse , Ms. Read and Cotton On.

Love empire shopping mall for weekday ~ frenly service for branded shop if compare to pavilion / SUNWAY , nice environment for shopping ~ not too crowded ~~ love it !!

I like this neighbourhood mall because it's relatively easy to park and has a good mix of retail and f&B options. Easy to navigate and the floor space isn't so overwhelming. Many merchants accept AMEX

Each time i visit there will be at least 2 escalators not working. Gotta do better with your maintenance

Everything fine accept when the management now convert the normal parking near Old Town restaurant become valet even they have valet parking at the open space area. Are thy want to convert all valet??

Churros Kiosk Cashier not friendly & never ever smile to their customers that making their business alive. The waiting time to collect your ready churros looks alike waiting for an endless person.

Good for buying groceries at jaya grocer and to just simply eat. Fairly good selection of groceries . Parking is fairly easy to get too. Typical soho style.

A successful neighborhood mall offering extensive range of retail and F&B selection. Price points are also suitable to surrounding township.

Having good brands, ease for shopping, tempat makan pun okay, go for serai and dine there bit pricey tapi berbaloi

The toilets here dahsyat man, and I don mean in a good way. Door spoiled lar toilet paper on the floor everywhere and wet some more. Either the staff no power or the men visiting are barbarians eeek.

Okay this one is a gem. Really love Empire Subang. The food, the place, the ambience. The best part is Jibby's food.

If u have things to take care within 15 minutes like atm usage, park using ticket (not TnG) at the VIP parking on ground level n park for free

A pretty good place to shop. Good number of restaurants and shopping.

My 2 favourite shops which I will not miss each time I go there but end up not buying a single thing. The pet shop and BBQ equipment shop.

Quite an interesting location if you have time to explore. Filled with interesting places such as Chili 's, Starbucks, Italiannies, Pasta Zanmai or shop at Tangs, this place can't be missed!

Easy to find parking and the shopping experience is better than what most shopping malls can't offer

More upscale than Subang Parade ... The environment is quite chic , trendy and happening

Don't take the premier parking , used to be huge lots and a lot of space , but now is small lots and same price

o briens for the banana & pineaple, belanga for the nasi tumpang, the whisk for the grannys cake , italiannis for the salmon pasta etc;

Awsome mall with many variety of restaurants and bistros .

Escalators rosak for more than a year. Lift lambat. What's good here????

I think the culprit is Ole-Ole Bali, signage just outside the shop above is still bent and there's a massive black metal structure outside it.
