Had teow chew and ginger slice steam fish .Would prefer the ginger slice steam the most as the pungent of ‘siu heng zou’ is very flavorful together with the soy sauce . Prepare to wait 1 hour at least
Teowchu style steam soong yu super good and fresh. Meat is super juicy and the sauce super aromatic with chinese wine
