Had teow chew and ginger slice steam fish . Would prefer the ginger slice steam the most as the pungent of ‘siu heng zou’ is very flavorful together with the soy sauce . Prepare to wait 1 hour at least
Nice steam fish . The small fish can easily feed 3-4 people. 30 mins wait is normal.
