Best champagne brunch in town . However, they have skimmed on quality over the years. See a comparison of brunch dessert in April 2017 (upper pic) vs sometime in 2011 (lower pic): huge difference!
Best Miso Black cod everrrr. And the wagyu beef was another bomb. Tasting menu is HUGE portion for two. Their spinach and green salad were ordered from the a la Carte menu. Service attentive as well .
Great Japanese dishes with modern twist, the best rolls and sashimi in town ! The lounge area is very spacious and cosy, with advanced mixologists behind the bar !
Brunch - one of the best in town , if you're willing to overlook the long queues, elbow bashing and dirty looks. Free flow champagne .
Try the Umami Martini – Ketel 1 distilled with green tea , vermouth and plankton tinctures. Also houses forty varieties of sake , a range of Japanese whisky and live DJs provide further reasons to visit
Bubbly Brunch on Saturdays (noon to 3pm), Sundays (11am to 1pm and 1:30pm to 3pm). Price: $490 without booze, $590 for free-flow Veuve Clicquot champagne , Zuma Bellinis , sake and white and red wine
One of the best tasting and most creative Japanese restaurant in HK! I would say it’s worth the price at least for once.
Great brunch here. Japanese buffet served with a choice of several mains including tenderloin and grilled hamachi (yellowfin tuna ). Oh yes, unlimited Pimm's, champagne , & sake !
Amaaaaazing brunch buffet with a great selection of bottomless drinks (Pimm's Cup!). It's pricey but very much worth it! Snatch a table outside if it's a nice day.
A really good place to eat a great Sushi . The have a really good house music by a live Dj in the upstairs where the have a Cocktails Bar . Vibrant, fancy and the have a terrace (if you are lucky ;)
Amazing tasting menu . Sea bass , sushi , beef , black cod and desserts :all was delicious! Great Japanese place
Loooved the music...the service..trendy place ! Dessert of chocolate with caramel and hazelnut is just amazing
Very good sushi , tuna was great. Pieces of fish are a lil bit small, prices higher than Tokyo. But place looks cool, great music and vibe.
Sunday brunch is extremely worth it here! All you can drink VC champagne and most of all delicious sushi , sashimi and other japanese foods ! Worth the 590HKD!
Super delicious and fresh food . Best experience so far. Come here for brunch . Book long in advance.
350 or 450 lunch set! With amazing quality japanese good but a little pricy
The sushi over there is so nice I love how they make the rolls so decorative my fav one was the one with the tangy sauce
The brunch (available sat and sun) is sushi paradise and the takoyaki (octopus balls) were amazing.
Top notch! Brunch for kings and queens! "Free" flowing champagne all the way. The meatballs is fantastic! Playroom for children.
This is a place I love and hate at the same time. It's lively and fun, and offers tasty food if you like the variety of Japanese with more sauces. The chefs need to handle raw food with better hygeine
Uni dishes, fresh edamame and yes — get the black cod ! So so so good.
Eggplant really good and the steak beef very tasty and also Halal. For the sushi rolls we had the California it was ok.
The Salmon Teriyaki was hands-down the best salmon I've ever eaten. A+!
Miso black cod , grilled asparagus , grilled scallops with spicy roe and plum butter. Follow with sashimi and sushi
The service, the goose liver , the impressive wine selection ... Dress up and come here for a luxurious lunch or dinner .
Weekend brunch with the drink package is the best deal if you drink a lot. Kids under 10 eats for free.
Spicy tuna roll was heavenly. Fatty tuna sashimi was really good too. I love every aspsect of this place.
Mod Japanese cuisine complemented by attentive service
The food and the ambience rocks - it's Difficult to get a reservation but if you get it you rock
Super delicious especially the black cod , amazing vibe, not as expensive as zuma Dubai
Cold dish fish ? Try the sliced hamachi and seared salmon
Great place, though it can be a bit packed. Early weekdays are good if you are looking for a date location or just chatting up with besties.
Spicy edamame , fried squid , black cod & square beef tenderloin . Excellent choices.
The champange brunch was good but not the best in Hong Kong. Their dinner menu was too expensive and the food wasn't anything special compare to their other restaurants around the world.
They now do their famous Sunday brunch on Saturdays! Best value brunch in town (and free flowing roederer champagne !). Yumm!
Here for Sunday brunch . Food is decent, but could be even better though. But I guess for this price, this location, all u can eat sashimi , they can't afford to up the cost.
Had brunch & dinner here. Brunch too crowded & always a line for food. Feels cafeteria like & usually runs out. I rather sit comfortably at a hotel buffet . Food overall is good but just too Expensive.
Great food, experience and service. Cool music . Expect to pay its tag.
Zuma is close to perfection. It's a fun and lively place with great food, cocktails and music
Most people come for the food, but the cocktails at Zuma are inventive, unique and they make sense. The mocktails are damn good too!
Udon noodle , sushi and shitake mushroom was under expectations. The only great dish was tataki
The hotei lunch set is good. Crab rolls and miso black cod !
Get the dessert platter - you won't regret it.
Really good place to eat japanese food in HKG or simply enjoy the best loud house music while you chose to party or to dine!
Great for cocktails . Good ambience. I agree that it's a place "to see and be seen."
Spicy tuna roll , hamachi roll, cocktails , nice ambience, good location
Slightly overrated.. BUT do come for the purpose of 2hrs flow of champagne and sake accompanied with an array of starters. I'd recommend to probably stay away from the over cooked meats for mains.
Yummy food i like baby chicken and garlic rise& spicy fried tofu
Smokey whisky sour smells goooood
Amazing - make a trip.
Whisky Bar with Japanese Food Pairings. Excellent Quality and very nice staff. Will come back - sometime - Duke
Really good lunch set deal - had seafood udon which came with (huge) fresh salmon sashimi and California rolls for just under 200. Was able to get a table by walk-in but better book to be safe - Cathy Lee
Misuji is the best! Thin sliced and perfectly marbled. Get the house kimchi too! - Charlotte Yeow
My favorite coffee chain in HK. Remember to ask them to sweeten your latte or flat white a little - Glenn Tere
I will definitely miss this place. One of my favorite bar for amazing tapas! The wagyu burgers are a must try - Tiffany Sun
