Great park for kids! A lake with paddle boats , pony rides , train , carousel , bouncy house, and awesome playground !!
Get there early on the weekends if you want to avoid the crowds.
Train ride is pretty meh, and it's gas-powered so beware of breathing in fumes. Otherwise, lots of fun playground activities for the kids.
GREAT PLACE KIDS LITTLE AND SMALL. RIDE THE HORSES TRAIN CAROUSEL OR FISH THE BEAUTIFUL LAKE . HAVE A PICNIC AND CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF.

Probably best park in Santa Rosa - Things for kids of all ages. In the summer there is a carousel an live horses. Great running/walking trail around the lake .

Paved path from Howarth's Park , around Spring Lake and back is 3.9 miles... Easy little loop.
I love taking the dog and the grand kids on walks around here.
