Mayfair House Hotel & Garden

The rooms are absolutely disgusting. There is mildew in the shower , around and in the soaking tub , dirt in the grout of the tile, stains on the linens and curtains, and dust on the lamps. LEAVE NOW!

Great hotel and staff ! With beautiful decor, it's truly a hidden gem . My sister got married here last minute but it turned out better than we could have imagined!

Great hotel with solid function spaces. Hasn't changed in 20 years but that's part of the charm, it's old Miami . Not everything has to be new and concrete.

The parking is $26 ouch. the furniture shows some wear but I love the marble floors and they allow pets . I also live the bathrobe but if you don't have slippers ask for them

The pool is super relaxing. You can make a day of it and order in for lunch . The staff is awesome, everything is clean and comfortable .

The room was nice and spacious and the the location was great!

We got a great price through Hotwire. Parking is somewhat costly but the location its perfect and the facilities are clean and beautiful.

Watch out for the glass on those little tables in the rooms. Glass plus the stone floor can equal shattered glass all over your floor.

the valet guys vandalism my car & the driver sit of my car doesn't close anymore my car i didn't let my car in the holidays in but the Mayfair come on guys i expect wayyy more

one of the valet guys crash my boss car and the hotel didn't help us with anything none of the managers answer the phone be careful with your cars.

Hotel is old and a little run down, but the rooftop pool is a great for drinks and light snacks .

Worst hotel experience Ive EVER had in my LIFE! Customer service=awful. Many issues. Never felt so slapped in the face. Had to laugh at how horrible it was. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT EVER STAY HERE!

The changing rooms are awesome. Love the rainfall shower heads.

Please check your room charges before you leave and even next day with your bank . I was charged for valet parking , guest parking and an expensive and probably not worth dinner at the restaurant .

This hotel has the worst valets I've ever seen. They're super slow and not attentive at all. Call 15 mins before you leave your room to get your car faster.
