The Westin New York at Times Square

First time here. Friendly staff , comfortable and quiet room, convenient location. We have a 3 month old and they provided a crib. Housekeeping checked back since we didn't want AM service.

Solid hotel with the usual Westin comfort. Centrally located. Generous room size, especially for Manhattan. Time square location does come with the crazy touristy scenes, could be a negative for some.

We stayed for 10 days and everything was great. We asked for a high floor and we were moved up to 43th floor! Will come again fo sure!

The best staff in NYC hands down.Professional, helpful, accomodating and friendly . We have been staying here for years and they never disappoint Great location, beautiful rooms, great staff .

In the heart of midtown, close to all of the attractions if you are into that. Nice rooms, and great views . Walking distance from a lot of customers/offices

Great location - ideal to discover NYC - better hotelrooms in NYC possible - but overall experience + location great - always great deals in Jan/Feb

A great balance between quality and location ( very negar Time Square) - cool Design and great attention - fast elevators - wish FREE internet instead paying additional - overall great hotel

Don't be conned by the expensive WiFi !! Sit in the corner of the lobby closest to the 42nd St. exit, you can get the Starbucks Free WiFi (attwifi). You can sit outside Chevys for a better connection!

A surprising oasis in Times Square. Shula's has excellent food and makes for a great hotel bar . Staff is great. If you don't have one, get an SPG #.

A pretty well kept property that's located a block away from Times Square. View from 38th floor was solid.

Beautiful, and modern hotel , as most Westin hotels are, in busy area of Times Sq good for tourists

Great rooms, ask for a corner! My only complaint is that you can't get a cab out front. I always have to walk a couple of blocks to get one myself.

I like this hotel . The staff is nice and attentive. The beds are super comfy and the bar is nice too. I had a good time here.

Much better than the W hotel which is very close by. Love their shower and bed !

I travel often and always stay at Starwood properties mostly the "W" bc of the "cloud beds" - but I will def. Be a return customer to this hotel-Excellent customer service!!! Great rooms, Very clean

Excellent service . Our daughter has many food allergies, they brought up a separate fridge for her food from Whole Foods. Management Jessie was awesome in making our stay special.

Don't like the new policy of choosing between points or continental breakfast ... I def miss the concierge lounge ..will still come back to hotel but hope they bring concierge lounge back.!!

Crown jewel of the NYC SPG properties. Atrium Club rocks! Rooms are incredible and service is impeccable! Location rounds out value. Worth every cent!

The double shower is the best i've ever use. The only problem is that they don't clean the room very well .

Wow. Double shower heads . Desk with gorgeous view . This is everything you could ask for - too bad it's in touristville.

The Westin New York at Times Square stands at the heart of a vivid action-packed metropolis.

Great views at night! Not at par with global Westin brands, but still an oasis ( spacious rooms for NYC ) near the crowded Times Square.

Super expensive but comfy , cozy and in an amazing spot!

Rooms are starting to show wear and tear, but you can't go wrong with Westin.

Heavenly beds! Must get a room on a high floor, though because of the noise.

Agreed about the executive lounge . Bring it back! Also what is this $10 charge for the workout facilities . Still my favorite place to stay in NYC. We come here multiple times a year. keep coming back

Asked for a view on the hudson, got a free room upgrade with free wifi ! Very friendly staff .

If need a good gym while in NYC, this the hotel for you.

These are some great bathrooms for pooping. 2nd floor next to the hotel bar . Not as good as the Carlton hotel , but a solid 2nd place.

May have been good a few years ago, but boy have things changed! No clock in the room, dingy towels, leaky faucet...place a call though, and everything is fixed. If I had a choice: intercontinental.

The Atrium club rooms don't have the greatest view , but the rooms are large and the shower and bed are great.

Make sure to turn on the second shower head! It is an amazing experience!

Great double shower heads . Atrium rooms are worth the little extra!

Double showerheads are wicked cool. Must try them. Good service and a good bar .
