I've never had the best service here, but the concept, food & bev, and especially ambiance are great.
If you're staying at this hotel , and aren't going gold, upgrade to this amazing amenity.
Worth paying for the upgrade ; amazing food, beverage, service and they always have phone chargers when I forget!

10 minutes away is the Olympic Cauldron and the magnificent pixelated Orca whale sculpture! A definite landmark to see! I also advise people to take another visit at night, so pretty when it's lit up! - Carmen Chu
