Very nice staff , we are traveling internationally and they are great helping us out with stuff. The restaurant has a nice continental breakfast . Bar staff is friendly .
Expensive food, but the lamb is awesome. Hotel reasonable price, lobby area nice but rooms a little dated. Decent gym with 2 x bike , 2 x treadmill , 2 x elliptical + free weights & a few other machines
After driving 7 hrs to get there finally at 1 in the morning, they simply say they have no room for you despite yr confirmed reservation . And we were not the only guests they did this with tonight.
Use Gourmet Society card for 50% off food
A Premier Inn is better quality, more organised and also much cheaper. Food isn't good for the price
Good for meetings as lots if tables but beverage service is erratic and very expensive
