Hilton London Olympia

Despite of all negative tips: believe me, normally i never go to 4 star, but this hotel deserves stay for: 1. Quality of breakfast 2. The staff are just fantastic people!! 3. Location. I recom!

Unlike the other tips on here... Here's some positives... I checked in at 1pm - no problem. I got a free upgrade to a lovely room . The staff are very polite & saved me money when i wanted to get a cab

Red-eye travelers be warned: check-in is at 3 and they won't lift a finger to get your room ready any earlier. Advance booking and even checking in before noon won't get you a key before 15:00.

Great breakfast , croissants were really good. Hotel 's a little old but its clean and the staff are nice.

Very good breakfast and WiFi , but old noisy rooms ! They need to be renovate. Also the bed was Uncomfortable. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

wifi is AWEFUL. Keeps dropping out. They do have a code for preferred guests, see if you can get that so you don't pay 25 pounds for such amazingly bad internet

It is our forth time here , the rooms are very old and everything is noisy but location and breakfast are very good.

Costco coffee in the hotel good restaurants and pubs about...also local groceries close by

Best option if you need to visit Olympia for a exhibition etc

Nice Hotel ... not far from city (10 minutes walking) ..beds are very cosy....nice ppl....quick service

Breakfast buffet has many options for all. Rooms are tiny and outdated. Location is a 5-10 minute walk to the High Street Kensington station. Multiple bus lines stop outside the hotel .

Nice area, shopping in walking distance, wholesale market and other health shops close by

They charge you 12 pound for a day of wifi , and it disconnects constantly on both my iPhone and MacBook.

When I checked-in, read all the bad tips, thought my staying'd be worst. But it was ok. My booking was for single standard room . Maybe someone from staff read all the bad reputation tips left here.

the hare and tortoise opp the hilton is a great place to eat if your too lazy to head into hammersmith or central!

Did not have any issue checking in at 9 am, and this is not the first time, great staff and very helpful

Surprised Hilton doesn't read Foursquare complaints and improve. Like the others, I say poor value, no wifi . Good cleaning service.

Clean but ancient rooms in desperate need of some refurbishment especially the carpet.

Upgraded to a suite as we checked in late, they'd messed up rooms!! Wow, well impressed...

Beds are horrible, so hard. You can feel every spring as you lay there sleepless. Unless you like beds as firm as a stone and as lumpy as tapioca pudding , stay elsewhere.

200 euro per night and wifi is not free!!!! In 2013!!

One of the worst wifi experiences of any hotels I've stayed at. Noisy room as well . Good and friendly staff , though.

Very dated hotel . Not the best for a Hilton. Rooms are not quiet either. Can hear people in other rooms and corridors...I'd rather stay in the Premier Inn

Standard Double Room is particularly small, so upgrade if you can.

If you need the Internet while traveling, avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely dreadful. In 2011 getting online should be the easiest thing you do.

Small rooms, no free wifi

No WiFi on the rooms, TV remote broken, several power sockets dead so I had to unplug TV to recharge cellphone. Floor was under reconstruction, everything smelled like dust and paint. Not impressed.

Their standard rooms are so small....

The air conditioning didn't work, in three different rooms. They gave up and just gave me a fan.
