Easy covered walkway to Airport Terminal 4 takes 7 minutes. Comfy Rooms , some with a view of aircraft taking Off and taxiing . Friendly welcome and good Executive Lounge .

Efficient and friendly . Chinese is good. Breakfast selection excellent, get the omelette . Steak from the bar is better than steak from the Italian resto. Knowledgeable cocktail bar staff .

Our room on the 2nd floor was nice and clean , friendly staff , decent gym with real weights and TV cardio and a sauna ! Great if you need to get to terminal 4 at 6am.

Clean , tidy hotel with friendly staff and quick check in/out. Restaurants are typically overpriced. If you're flying from other than T4 walk to T4 and get the train to other terminals for free.

Take it for what it's worth. Very convenient for terminal 4 access. You will pay more and quality is not 5 star, but it's worth the $$. Will stay here again.

Hotel is connected to T4 by a walkway . Long but at least you can walk. Rooms are ok, not great. Breakfast buffet is fantastic! Book executive room for access to lounge . Nothing else to do around here.

Ideal place to stay to ensure boarding of an early flight. Train to terminal 2 usually takes 15 mins, but can take 30 if you don't catch train at right time.

Stayed for 12 hours after a flight was delayed. Friendly , fast, helpful and good food. It's all a bit pricey but it is a Hilton.

Significantly better than Hilton T5. Staff friendlier, more attentive, exec lounge and food much, much better.

Airy and bright entrance. Rooms are corporate and soulless. Convenience rather than destination choice.

£4,50 fee to take shuttle to Terminal 5. Why are they charging for a service that should be free! Also, they say you can get a discount and charge to room by paying through concierge , but no tix!!

The food ain't cheap but the Chinese restaurant is very good

Lovely rooms! Concierge fixed my bag that was damaged by BA. EXTREMELY helpful!

£7 for a tiny bowl of soup , no plug points in lobby and a really rude manager that glares if you linger too long waiting for your flight after check in even if you order food. Not traveller friendly .

Every bit of info from the concierge was incorrect. Travel times, best routes to terminals. Ordered a taxi that accepts credit cards, not only did it not accept credit, it would not provide a receipt!

Hotel was very nice and modern. Restaurant service was slow and they didn't give any details at check-in about anything.

They charged me 95 pounds more a night then my reservation . They eventually fixed it, but watch your bill.

Hilton executive lounge provides a reasonable nice pre-dinner snacks .

The food is awful in the costa coffee bit-pay the extra £2-5 and go to aromi restaurant ! Plus their wifi is extortionate!!

Staff was okay. Room is okay. Food is okay. Internet is bad. Costs a lot for very low bandwidth Wifi . Convenient from only Terminal 4.

Be careful ordering a car from here.Expensive, not terribly reliable.Plan lots of time when checking-out even when it's not busy. Took so long, missed the shuttle and had to use the car service again!

Old, smelly, pay for wifi . Why am I here? Did I mention smelly? And a single bed? Am I at camp?
