Great for its convenience to airport . Request an upgrade if you Accor status as it is not automatic. Mini bar is free in prestige suites and above. Very quiet considering its location. Try it.

Spacious , clean and calm rooms. Kettle with coffee and tea bags inside the room. Large bed and armchair . Free WiFi everywhere in the hotel . Picadilly line and Heathrow express allow to travel easily.

only stayed here for a night, but it was hands down one of the best stays, especially in an airport hotel , I've ever had! if you can, do get the breakfast buffet it has EVERYTHING.

The champagne bar is usually much more quiet and relaxing than the other bar , plus it has some very good bar staff . Excellent place to wind down with a glass of bubbly.

This is a great airport hotel . Much better quality than most and directly connected to the terminal. It has a couple if good bars and 2 restaurants , one an excellent French one “La Belle Époque”.

The Lounge - available to ACCOR ALL Platinum or designated Club rooms - is a delight with attentive but unfussy staff and 6-8pm a selection of good cold and hot and drinks. Lamb kofta lovely.

The Lounge is delightful for breakfast with items like eggs royale cooked to order and a cold selection to occupy whilst that’s being cooked

The pros are that it is within short walking distance from T5 and the lobby is one of the most luxurious I've seen, but if you want a good nights sleep don't book here, the mattress is uncomfortable

As far as airport hotels go, this one is great: quiet rooms (you would not guess you are at an airport ) many dining options and you can walk back to the terminal in the morning.

Fabulous and convenient. We were selected as 'guests of the day' and given a luxury room upgrade. Service and staff are excellent.

If you must stay near the airport , then its a good option to rest, with a good gym aswell.. otherwise a central location would be more recomended from my exprience.

This place is huge! Check-in was efficient and stay was comfortable . Lots of options at breakfast .

130 GBP for a day use. Not the cheapest in the area but the most convenient if changing in T5 and need a nap.

Wait till you arrive in London to book . There'll probably be a secret hotel on lastminute.com for less than £100. Bargain!! (Tip, it'll be the only 5 star one ;) )

Relax at Perrier-Jouet Champagne bar . They serve more than champagne ....

Nicer than the gatwick one. Nice rooms and 5 mm walk from the terminal. A keeper for sure when you have an early flight

This is where you should stay if you have a layover at Heathrow. Don't get fooled by the other ones that claim to be connected to the airport .

Japanese club sandwich with Kobe beef unusual but amazing. Beware its surprisingly big though.

The ambiance is out of this World. Haven't tried the food yet. Will do so in 3 hours. Keep u posted.

Great location, clearance, tidy, room service is pretty poor in terms of value for money , if you have time check in and then walk back to the terminal for something to eat that doesn't cost the earth

Nice hotel , very quiet rooms. Mini bar was empty and struggled to find a snack to eat before bedtime. Maybe get a snack machine if you are no longer offering mini bars .

Recommend the chicken curry and .... A few glasses of your beverage choice

Only stayed one night, great breakfast . Zero noise in the room. Recommended.

If you are wandering around looking for the gym/fitness follow the Spa signage. It is right there.
