Very nice hotel , but as other tips have noted this is NOT at the terminal. A 10-min bus from T5 will cost £4.50, runs every 22mins, ends at 11pm. Taxi from T5 is a fixed fare £35 and takes 6-mins.
Great place to stay the night then drive over to T5 and park as normal in morning - much simpler than taking the hoppa although taxis can be cheap too
Outside of London proper so taxis are not required to take you and can charge whatever they feel like. Book the sofitel instead, at the terminal and equally nice.
Call the concierge 01753766410 and they'll send a local taxi to collect you at the airport - £14 fare from T5 compared with £35 if you hail a taxi , or £4.50 each on the bus .
A good airport hotel , that is served by the Hotel Hoppa shuttle service. I always stay here when I have a early flight at terminal 5.
Try the food in the main restaurant ! It's perfect and the service is great! We wanted to try the Indian one, but it was closed on Boxing Day
Take the hotel hoppa. walk down the street to the Golden Cross for a cheaper, friendlier pub
Beautiful, clean and spacious room let down—as so many hotels are—by an uncomfortable bed.
TAXI costs 35£ from airport for a 15' ride - fixed price. Rooms have plenty of space. No water in minibar? Why? Nothing to do around. Have shuttle to office In Bedfont Lakes .

Very nice Indian restaurant . The menu itself is a pleasure to read. Main restaurant good too but nothing special and a bit pricey .
Great hotel , excellent rooms, comfy bed , fast wifi and wonderful staff
Decent hotel but a pain to get to from the airport . You have to take the expensive Hoppa bus - £5 each way. Not a quick trip, as the bus visits a number of hotels . Quicker in the other direction.
Excellent hotel with a Michelin Star Indian restaurant
Guess I should have read the other tips here first. While it is a nice property, it's expensive , no where near T5 and the transport to the terminals is painfully stupid. Typical LHR.
From T3, take the bus located between station 17-18. Goes directly to hotel within 5 min. Runs every 30 min and costs £4.50. Do not take a taxi as it will cost you an arm and a leg.
The executive lounge is nice, but please note that full service is limited to certain hours, and that cocktails . Are limited to 6pm-8pm.
Must try the coffee at Musetti's. A little taste of Italy in London.
Nice hotel but misleading saying Terminal 5 it's a while away. Bus from stands 26 and 27 cost £4.50 where as a taxi has a flat charge of, £35 for 4 minute ride.. Ridiculous.
Nice hotel , however a dinner in the restaurant did not go that well : they did not have a bear we chosen, neither a wine , they were out of club burgers and the bill was wrong.
Good business hotel ...better one of the bunch. But a way away from airport so not the most convenient time wise
Spa day at the Hilton with my beautiful wife
Hotel is actually 15/20 min from airport on a hotelhoppa bus , £5 one way. Staff is great. Food expensive .
Black cab driver ripped off my Canadian relatives (who didn't know any better) and charged £60 from Terminal 3 to get here. Tip: take the bus or get a reputable mini-cab company.
Life is too short to stay in such hotels . Well , they try and the bed is good. But design and overall experience sucks.
good conference venue! self-parking plentiful and easily accessible.
This may very well be THE nicest Hilton I have ever been in. And it's "just an airport hotel " Wow. Prepare to be indulged.
The hotel is not at Terminal 5. Take a coach transfer from the arrivals floor, it costs around £4 or call the hotel and book a taxi which is £14. DONT get a black can because they'll charge you £35
The breakfast buffet ! ????
If you are coming from Terminal 4, go to platform 11 and take Hotel Hoppa bus . You just have to pay £4.5 and will take around 25 mins to reach the hotel .
Nice hotel , clean modern rooms
Not only is this hotel not at the airport , it is a £35 cab ride from Terminal 5. Despite being called the Heathrow Terminal 5 Hilton!
Try the tomato soup in the restaurant , so good!
It took us 6 minutes to get here from Terminal 5 using the hopper bus . The taxi guys at the airport told us it would cost £35 to drive the mile here in a taxi . Ridiculous. Use the bus , it's £4.50!
They are charging extras in advance during check in via credit card.Very weird... Do I look like a man to escape in a business trip?!?!
It is s nice airport hotel . Just a bit away from everything. The disappointing part is that there is no hotel shuttle so you have to pay GBP 8 for a return bus ticket.
Must try todiwala restaurant
Relaxing best take a taxi £20 it's worth it
Try out the relaxing pool and salt and mud rooms in the spa
Pool is for over 16s only. Our kids were very disappointed. It's a hydrotherapy pool, not for swimming .
Don't know about the hotel , but handy to park the car
use the hoppa bus from t5 to get there in 5 mins..
Nowhere near the airport , don't be deceived????I fell for it
Amazing food at Mr Todiwala 's
This is not Terminal 5. It's somewhere around the airport . And if you miss the shuttle bus (4.50£), the taxi will charge you 35£
Nice hotel but too secluded
Don't be fooled by the terminal 5 bull . It's 30 minutes away and 5 lb note to get there.
The postcode does not exist, so if you found it well done
Cool place
Hotel and Spa are nice, restaurant is overpriced and service not very attentive.
Drinks and hot food served to 8pm not 8.30pm as some other tips say! - Ben Murphy-Ryan
Whole grain pasta with olives and creme fraise really good! - Nicholas Retuerto
Nice bar, enjoy a bottle of London Pride in relaxing surroundings. - David Hallowell
Spacious rooms and don't miss the spa for a pampering mani pedi and massage. Ask what the monthly specials are. - Tiffany D
Nice bf line, tiny gym but pretty adequate ;) - attapol phd
Great classic bar food, done well, and the kids menu is ace. Above all, the service is personal and caring. At the start of a trip, what more do you want? - Ewan McIntosh
