Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

Surprised by this hotel , very nice rooms, cheap rates and friendly checkin staff . Club lounge breakfast was really good. Skip the hotel hoppa shuttle and use Uber.

Great stay. The rooms are nice. The hotel hallways don't properly reflect the room. They need to invest in Free Wi-fi.

Very clean , spacious room , bus shuttle for a fee available. Helpful, kind staff . I slept well , the bathroom was clean and shower was so refreshing after a long day of travel.

Get the club room which includes continental breakfast and free evening snacks and drinks from 6-8pm (enough for a light dinner !)

I offer you for a walk after breakfast . After exit of the hotel turn right and go ahead 200 m. You will see ????????

I appreciate för Thé free internet zone.. After 1 hour you loose Thé connection:)).. When u arrive to the hotel buy ur internet access code.

GEORGE CLINTON & PARLIAMENT FUNKADELICS are staying at in the same hotel . How funky is that? Just talked to a few band mates in the lobby. George is apparently asleep, they're playing France tomorrow

Service staff at "The Orchard" during breakfast have been very nice. The rooms are quiet and clean , location close to T5 is beneficial. WLAN is far too expensive .

Regularly features on SPG's Hot Escapes at reduced rates. I wouldn't pay £100 for a basic room, so do look around for deals. It's your run-off-the-mill typical airport hotel so don't expect much!

There's a bottle opener nailed to the wall in the bathroom . That is assuming they haven't locked the mini bar on you!

If you're a Kubrick fan and you loved The Shining then this hotel is for you. You will feel you're going to run into the twins in the corridors.

Handy hotel for Sheraton with packages that include parking making it much more affordable .

Nice hotel , but the club lounge which was supposed to be renovated in 4 weeks has now been closed for 6 Month and it ist still closed and the “temporary” closure seems to become permanent.

their internet access validation page is sql injection vulnerable... google that and you can get free broadband in your room :)

Macdonalds is just across the road - Also Try the premier Inn opposite for nicer food at much cheaoer prices

The rooms are big and the breakfast is nice and offers a wide selection.

Great hotel for a stay before a trip.

B/fast is very expensive (£18.50 per person), and wifi is £15 a day. The Premier Inn across the road does b/fast for £7.99 and wifi for £3.

It's an airport hotel , nothing really impressive and everything is expensive . I arrived at 11pm and had to go to bed hungry, as the kitchen was closed. Not the best experience.

Bar food closes at 11pm with last call at 12:15 -- not friendly for those from 5-8 hour time zones to the west!

Miserable hellhole of a hotel . Go for the Holiday Inn Ariel or the Radisson instead.

This hotel is in sad shape. Very outdated and rooms not very clean . Needs more upkeep and investment. Not up to snuff with what the Sheraton brand represents in most other major cities .

Terrible first impression. Just chcecked in, went down to the restaurant . The waiter passed my table 4 times without noticing me. U expect a bit better service for 250 euro per night.

Breakfast is 6 - 10 and afternoon snacks are 18.00 to 20.00

Longest wait for checkin ever. Spent 45 minutes in the queue and there were only 3 people in front of me. The clerks are incredibly chatty, so it takes 10-15 minutes per client :(

No Wifi in room but they do have Ethernet for laptops.

Rude and racist staff at the reception, horrible breakfast , small rooms with ancient furniture , bad location, there is almost no reason to stay here.

You can walk to the Enterprise / National car rental place (& McDonalds): they are ~ .06miles from here.
