After a long refurbishment, this is THE central London Art Deco place to be. Beautiful afternoon tea at the Palm Court 'Birdcage'. Put on your favourite Gatsby suit and drop by.
go to the bar and ask Pablo the bartender for an Old Fashion..watch him make it..5+ minutes of pure perfection. Best bourbon drink on the planet. try it..u will love it.
You want to avoid the rooms on the x19 & x21 lines . They straddle the service elevator & the noise annoyance is 24 /7. A shame too, because the x19 line is one of the best looking set of rooms here.
Great linens for the bed great towels too but thats about it.. Needs an upgrade about everything that a sheraton room should have
Great selection of pubs , cafes and restaurants at Shepherds Market - five mins walk into Mayfair from the hotel . Ask staff for directions.
It is one of the best hotels located in central London, it's very cool ???? ????????
Very well located in London, especially if you plan to visite Buckingham Palace and Churchill's bunker (that you should absolutely see).
All good just the road nearby all close, inconvenient for people who travel with car. The hotel environment is good, service is good, they able to freeze my breast milk which is perfect for me.
Such a great location - either walk or by tube - fantastic attractions in all directions
Perfect location. But need a remodel. Platinum rooms come with breakfast and Internet for 3 devices. If u get 2 rooms on platinum only one room gets amenity. plan to pay more for the extra room.
I am staying in a room with a view on Green Park . The views are gorgeous and the hotel is really steps away from Buckingham Palace and other key attractions . I feel like going out for a walk.
Beautifully renovated hotel . Great oversized bathrooms .
Here is the current club service schedule:
Once your here have a look at the ball room tell one of the staff to show you the ballroom , if the light are in it's amazing
Fantastic modern and fresh design for rooms
If you want to go to the airport and save yourself over 50% the cost getting there. Avoid the concierge and porters and go straight out to the black cabs on the rank.
The main entrance is on brick street. Enter hotel from there if you have lots of luggage or baby stroller.
I've used this hotel again and again. A great price given the location. Friendly staff too.
One of the most regal places to have brunch at.
Closest Café Nero, walk up towards Piccadilly Circus , turn left on the road by Green Park station.
It's a great location but the hotel is very old. You have to queue for the elevator . If you have allergies or breathing problems, this hotel is not for you. You won't stop sneezing.
The hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars! Rooms are small, old, doors look like in 80s, crappy hotel ! Everything is bad instead of lounge bar (good afternoon tea , nice atmosphere and great cocktails )
Great location! Beautiful building!
The hotel 's historic ballroom is the best place to celebrate important events .
Hmm. I like it somehow. But agree, for a Sheraton you would expect more. In the Bar , Breakfast etc
The real front door is on the back Street... Not Piccadilly
Some of the renovation work starts to deliver results. .it's going to be a great hotel
Rooms are a bit outdated, but the staff is wonderful and helpful.
The concierge just recommended a great French restaurant near the hotel in Shepherd market called le Boudin Blanc. I think i might go there for lunch .
Some people forget the hotel has a garage nicely placed for easy access to shows and shipping
Nice location and great service
Great Location ????????
Go to Palm Court for an afternoon tea . The decor is splendid, the service is very friendly and the harpist is great Read more
The afternoon tea
Best location, our suite is beautiful !!!
Rooms could use some remodeling but amazing location!
Air freshener was too strong at the lobby, late checkout for spg is only till 1 pm. 18 pounds charged per hour for late checkout.
The refurbishment is almost finished !
Classic London hotel in a great location... Oh yeah, the best Mojito !
Rooms outdated, location is good but not deserved for the five stars. Our bathroom was hideous, like a time travel. Back to 1970 lol
Closest Underground station is Green Park , its jus few blocks SW. Hyde Park Corner is nearby too but u have to walk through several subways to get here.
Location very good. The room is classless.
Expected more for 5 stars, but the Bed is great!
Suite upgrade was sweet ☺️
Had an issue with my room - constant humming noise - had to talk to reception 4 times & the duty manager without any success. Service provided was really bad and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone
The radiation levels from the Litvinienko murder have long since subsided. You can roam around with little fear. Once the redevelopment is over, it'll be once again a good hotel to hang out at.
If it is quiet take a look at the art deco ballroom entrance
Excellent location
Afternoon tea ....
It's not on the menu but ask the bar tender in the palm court for an old fashioned.
Nice hotel bar, good selection of food and beverage. Would stop in again if staying at the Sheraton - Greg Fuller
Probably the best in town. Great location, friendly staff and large rooms. Highly recommended! - Talal AlMadhi
A very nice hotel gym. A great hotel gym by European standards. - Christopher Klimek
What a feast of a Sunday lunch. The beef Wellington is a must have! Top class! - Fathima Dada
Try international cuisine by selecting from a huge variety of foods and sweets. Also try carrot cake.!!! - Maria Dwmata
Best department store in London. Recommend the food hall as well. And if you go there half an hour before closing on sundays..a lot of the fresh deli foods (sushi/sandwiches/pies etc) are half price! - James K22
Awesome awesome Park, so many nice views and places to sit and enjoy! - Ivana Maksimović
