A lovely hotel with probably one of the best views on London's skyline, but a deeply disappointing quality of internet provided. In fact, I'm using my cellular data connection to post this tip.

Great place to stay! Convenient and central to the places of interests ie Buckingham Palace , underground stations, etc. Breakfast spread is great too !!

This is in a strategic! location, and at the same time not in a crowded street; good service and kind staff .

Luxury hotel on parklane in mayfair. Very good but bellow my expectations for the rate . Never given Hyde Park view

Loved Galin at Windows. Great for vegans too - the staff actually knew what contained what on the menu!

Always more food than you could reasonably eat so get a take away. Often they make seasonal specials for Halloween !

Premium location at Mayfair .. You must choose a high floor room overlooking Hyde Park !!

Everything is old,rusty even though i stayed at the presidential floor. I agree with the guest saying the internet is horrible. People come here for business and use roaming hotspot for the internet.

I definitely recommend the Executive Lounge ! Worth the extra costs for the "free" food, drinks, and booze!

If you're after the gents here like me. Make your way to the back and climb the stairs to the first floor.

Head to the 28th floor to the Galvins bar . Get a booth by the window and sip martinis the whole evening with a fantastic view of the City . Make sure your not picking up the tab though, very pricy !

Make sure when you specify twin room the bed is able to separate!! Otherwise moving rooms half dressed is result!

Like something out of Mad Men, which is to say by now it could use a renovation. The executive rooms are brand new and great.

Unusually decent for a chain hotel . Windows bar is good for the view of you can avoid off duty porn stars and Essex girls. Downstairs bars are not bad either
