Grosvenor House Hotel, a JW Marriott Hotel

Rooms are quite tiny for the price you pay but this is London, what do you expect! The lobby is nice and very cozy with decent food, don't miss their cheesecake ! It's the best in London.

One of my favorite places to stay in London. Five star facilities, very good executive lounge , good service . I just wish they would reopen their pool.

Heard a lot about the famous cheese cake ... Well it was good for 4 people as its huge. However i really dont like the sour cream on top of the cheese cake .. Overall its a really good cheese cake .

Concierge was very helpful and friendly . Gave a few recommendations for dinner , showed us the websites and booked one for us, 34 on Grosvenor Sq., that was one of the best places I've ever been.

You really don't want to miss their signature cheese cake ???????? it's a must when in London!!

Executive rooms otherwise you will find the rooms to be small.. Lobby is nice cheesecake is a must, Starbucks is nice touch to have inside the hotel

Best location to spend days in london. Very well located, incredible service, nice gym , very close to the parks . Perfect also for work.

Takes a bit of time for staff to understand that you're not a typical ???? Arab... But all in all has everything all good hotels have, including nice staff and service.

Booking a table is a must but they set a new policy that you have to pay 35£ per a seat if you are not a resident at the hotel and its not included what you order. Hope they think about it.

A JW marriott cheesecake with a latte ( half shot of coffee ) never goes wrong.

I went there for the Recruiter Awards 2015. We won 2 awards which might influence my opinion of this location but I enjoyed myself here. This place is quite posh and expensive ... ^^

Great location, 5 min walk to Hyde park ,15min walk to regent street. Staff very nice but hotel is a bit of a let down! Known issue with dirty kettles... Afternoon tea overpriced at £42.50!

Don't know why all this fuss about the cheesecake , I was expecting a heavenly cheesecake , but unfortunately it was average. Don't understand why all that cream on top of the cheesecake .
