The picnic boxes are so good! They have new options every week, both meat and vegetarian and we live them so much that we asked them to cater our wedding. Great healthy food !

Chilli and apricot sausage roles are magnificent. Good coffee too. Better than workhouse coffee for sure.

I love picnic! That's where I meet all my friends as it feels like being at home in France! John is so lovely and will do anything for you! The girls are brilliant and so nice! A place to love! ;-)

Lovely place, great atmosphere and the coffee is the best in town ! The chilli and apricot sausage rolls are a highlight and the cakes look to die for!

It is one of the few that's not a chain and I loved it. Not a good time to sit in during lynch time. It's small and crowded but a great place to buy lunch !

Avoid the sandwiches and go for the salad . Generous portions and great combinations.

Skip the sandwiches for a fresh salad or soup so that you can treat yourself with something scrumptious. Ask for Mrs Long's most recent offering.

Much better than Starbucks and costa and you can use the Starbucks free wifi :)

Salad boxes were good value few years back. Sadly, prices have gone up to £5 and quality has gone down. Overpriced now compared to the other lunch places around town .

Always liked this place but today the ginger ninja making good was rude so off to pastures new you arse x
