Pizza I had was good and I was with a large group and all seemed to enjoy the food
Nice decor and good feel about the place, though both times I've been, I've felt underwhelmed by the food. First time small portions, second time stale and crumbling bread for my sandwich , not nice
Coffee is excellent - and the sugar comes on little sticks!
Underwhelming brunch . Ask for poached eggs to be runny if you don't like them rock hard (and who does?).
The food is pretty average and the service is very slow although this is no fault of the waiters , it’s such a big premises and they only had about three waiters on duty on a Saturday at lunchtime!
Foods s'alright. Parmesan truffle fries sound better than they are.
Dinner time, I'm so so full :P
Atmosphere food ok
The southern Fried Chicken Breast in southern fried style coating, with BBQ sauce should be tried when you visit. - Thompson Sekibo
Great starters, steak was very tasty and juicy, fish cake was wonderful, deserts were marvelous - Zlatin Zlatev
Meat feast for 2 is excellent; the burnt ends a bit dry but the rest of the combo was incredibly tasty, specially the ribs and the sausage. 10/10 for the hot chocolate and peanut butter desert! - Valentina Gregoli
Garden is great and they do/did have an ale loyalty card! Usually play decent (indie) music in the background too. - Jeff Vernon
Really friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, quirky building with history. Great pub :) - Sarah Maguire
