The french fries are everything and there's enough for everyone to share. Perfect place for entertaining out of towners with the NYC views . And the day parties are the best.

U need to pass tree security guards before u finally get in! Magnificent view ! Nice interior and nobody smokes, so u won't smell too bad after the party :)

Mirrors, glass chandeliers , and black marble make PH-D feel like a party at Studio 54, where the clientele are poshly dressed . Head up to the twelfth floor deck to see outrageous views .

It was super easy for 2 girls to get in on a Thursday night. DJ was fine, vibe is more classy than clubby but we danced nonetheless

Easier to get into than Tao next door. No seating unless you buy out a table so that's unfortunate. Views of uptown are very nice and impressive. Very mixed crowd.

We went for an ASW event last week. My girlfriend had her drink spilled and the barstaff and manager were so gracious. Totally perfect customer service.
