Everything we ordered (veal ravioli , cheese tortellini , risotto ) was excellent. Tomato sauce was fresh and light. Do yourself a favor and order a side of the homemade meatballs . I'll be back.

Started with the eggplant parm and the buffalo mozzarella !! Absolutely amazing! The lobster ravioli and the scampi were delicious!!

Returned tonight after over a year. Still the exception food as always and the wonderful staff . The mussels are as good as always. Tonight tried the lobster ravioli which was also exceptional.

One of the best salmons I have had! The area is called little Italy! Simply beautiful. I couldn’t believe I was in Cleveland whaa! A must see town and eats!

Nice atmosphere. Sat by the bar watching a kitchen staffed with women and how different they act than regular kitchens, they seem happy and not stressed but they deliver with pride

Try to pasta special . Smoky -cheese filled tortellini with kick. Prosciutto , peas and fresh grape tomatoes fill sauce. Kudos to Madison for the rec! Best of Little Italy winner.

Mia Bella has been one of my most favorite restaurants in Cleveland. Great pizzas , salmon , cheese tortellini and wines !
