Everything is awesome at Presti's! My favorite is the Sfogiatelle & Lobster Tail pastries only because they are hard to find in bakeries . Everything from Sweet to Savory is awesome!!!!

Love their pignoli, lemon n poppy seed muffins , cranberry walnut muffins ! Like to get their chicken salad (with apple , celery n mayo ) and fill it into their plain croissant .. Yum! Veg stromboli !!

On of the best Bakeries in Cleveland that I used to love to go get fresh bread at every morning when I was running on squad with Hillcrest Ambulance Service. Miss having fresh bread in the mornings!

Get a box of nut horns, biscotti and canolis to go, then order up a slice of Cassata Cake and enjoy in their fresh and modern dining area or on the outdoor patio in the heart of Little Italy.

A tremendous place. I got a box of goodies for my friend to take with us on a road trip...she snarfed them all down before we got to Medina! A must stop in Little Italy.

I love this place, everything is delicious and decently priced. The chocolate croissants , German chocolate cake , and pepperoni sausage pizza are some of my favorites.

Always a treat! Get here early if you want something specific. The lemon coconut cake was delicious!

Delish! Try "the Rachel panini ." Of course their bakery is fantastic and the staff is super friendly , but don't plan to be in a hurry... This place is packed!

Great food, but the prices aren't posted anywhere, are made up off the top of the employees's heads, and vary wildly. I'll miss the food, but I'll never eat here again.

It’s cheap , tasty, the baked goods are amazing!

The food is so good here it leads to their only major problem, long wait times in line . We were there at 3 PM on a Saturday and had to wait a half an hour.

Artichoke pizza . Huge artichoke hearts and artichoke paste blend perfectly. Two slices and a ginger is a great $5 lunch in Little Italy.
