The bubble tea is great, and served in a traditional tea style consistency. I tried mine in lychee and I would certainly return. The bakery items here are interesting & flavorful as well .

Great selection of pastries . One of my favorite is bacon cheese bun . Hong Kong milk tea is good. Big selections of bubble tea . Free wifi , sip tea and eat pastries .

Just pick out a couple of the buns and enjoy. It's a great lunch and very inexpensive . Try the desserts as well , a little more expensive , but worth it.

Amazing Asian baked goods . Love the pastries and boba tea . Definitely recommend you take some steam buns home for later.

The peanut butter rice flour buns are the best! The coconut-almond buns are pretty good too and you can't go wrong with their French vanilla coffee bubble tea !

The owner is very mean, she shouted on people which is very impolite. Bubble tea is ok, nothing extraordinary. Shaved iced come in a very small portion. Not worthed to order.
