Get west side away from freeway .Free parking if you park in garage , you just give your initial parking stub to front desk when you check in and then your room key gets you in/out of parking for free

Guy O'Connor

The west side of the hotel is the best, as it is away from the drone of the freeway - but there is construction on the street below at the moment. Get a room above the 5th floor to avoid the noise.

Cami Okins

There is no pool, hot tub , or free parking . To park you have to pay $32! We loved the room....and the king sized bed was amazing and comfortable ! The valet guy was very nice! Very amazing ambiance!

Brandie Cole

Very attentive and pleasant staff . Spectacular views , especially from the 28th floor. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this as "the place" to stay in downtown Seattle.

Derek L

Good helpful staff , room service from the 515 is super reasonable for a prime hotel , and they also have a pickup in the bar option to avoid delivery charge and tip.

Annah Hayes

Loved my corner suite with a city view . Bed was super comfy and overall really happy. Skip Rview on the top floor, got a cheap , crappy steak for $34. (Seems like a good spot for a drink though)

Stuart Cameron

Very friendly staff . Nice room but the highway noise was noticeable, almost bothersome. I was on the 5th floor.

AFAR Media

Just a really well-run establishment with great views and accommodations to accompany the fun that Seattle doles out. Read more

If you don't mind walking up some hills , use the University light rail stop to get to and from Sea-Tac. Only 3 blocks away and costs $2.75 compared to $40 for a taxi and $18 for a shuttle bus .

Electra Palmer

The staff is very polite and helpful! I like everything about it!! The everyday newspaper in front of the door is a really nice touch!!

Engineers are great. The closet rack was too low and they reinstalled it to fit my clothes . Staff are the best in town . Room is lovely with great views .

Waleska

I had a room with some kind of water view and a king size bed that could've fit 4 people, all to myself. Lovely. Gotta climb about 2-3 hilly streets from train stop to get here tho.

Richard

The corner rooms have exquisite views . But get ready to walk—this is at the top of the hill !

Karen

Gorgeous hotel in the middle of the city . Very close to Pike Place and Chinatown.

My corner room was really nice. Lots of windows on 2 sides. Concierge lounge was really small and crowded . Food not up to par as some other Renaissance that I have stayed. Staff is really nice.

Robert Coombs

Everything in this hotel seems cheap . From the TP to the towels to the bar pours I feel like I'm being punished. Don't get me started on what's left from the bachelorette party in the room before me.

Christopher Wiffen

Amazing fig infused cocktails !!!

Andreea C

The bar on the 28th floor has a beautiful view of downtown. Try the delicious crab cake !

Great Bed... Nice interiors and linens... Gym is well equipped but without Barbell.

Marty Hergert

Nice hotel . Centrally located. Modern rooms but double beds were small. Restaurant is convenient but very bland for breakfast or dinner .

CarrotMiku

Reception desk staffers were extremely friendly and professional - absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Aaron Alberg

I got a hand written apology and a gift next day after a mistake by the staff . Thanks.

Mark Ehrhardt

$40 a night for parking and $50 for your dog. Welcome to the nickel and dime hotel .

Jasper Van Verdegem

Get a room away from 6th av. It's way too noisy .. Start and ending of the freeway are just in front of the hotel .

Melissa Holtzer-Jonas

The bar on the 28th floor has great happy hour specials . Enjoy the view of downtown Seattle!

Rex

Hotel is in a great location close to Pike Place and Int’l District. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly . Free weekend breakfast at Fig and Judge for Platinums . Club lounge has decent food
