Get west side away from freeway .Free parking if you park in garage , you just give your initial parking stub to front desk when you check in and then your room key gets you in/out of parking for free
The west side of the hotel is the best, as it is away from the drone of the freeway - but there is construction on the street below at the moment. Get a room above the 5th floor to avoid the noise.
There is no pool, hot tub , or free parking . To park you have to pay $32! We loved the room....and the king sized bed was amazing and comfortable ! The valet guy was very nice! Very amazing ambiance!
Very attentive and pleasant staff . Spectacular views , especially from the 28th floor. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this as "the place" to stay in downtown Seattle.
Good helpful staff , room service from the 515 is super reasonable for a prime hotel , and they also have a pickup in the bar option to avoid delivery charge and tip.
Loved my corner suite with a city view . Bed was super comfy and overall really happy. Skip Rview on the top floor, got a cheap , crappy steak for $34. (Seems like a good spot for a drink though)
Very friendly staff . Nice room but the highway noise was noticeable, almost bothersome. I was on the 5th floor.
Just a really well-run establishment with great views and accommodations to accompany the fun that Seattle doles out. Read more
If you don't mind walking up some hills , use the University light rail stop to get to and from Sea-Tac. Only 3 blocks away and costs $2.75 compared to $40 for a taxi and $18 for a shuttle bus .
The staff is very polite and helpful! I like everything about it!! The everyday newspaper in front of the door is a really nice touch!!
Engineers are great. The closet rack was too low and they reinstalled it to fit my clothes . Staff are the best in town . Room is lovely with great views .
I had a room with some kind of water view and a king size bed that could've fit 4 people, all to myself. Lovely. Gotta climb about 2-3 hilly streets from train stop to get here tho.
The corner rooms have exquisite views . But get ready to walk—this is at the top of the hill !
Gorgeous hotel in the middle of the city . Very close to Pike Place and Chinatown.

My corner room was really nice. Lots of windows on 2 sides. Concierge lounge was really small and crowded . Food not up to par as some other Renaissance that I have stayed. Staff is really nice.
Everything in this hotel seems cheap . From the TP to the towels to the bar pours I feel like I'm being punished. Don't get me started on what's left from the bachelorette party in the room before me.
Amazing fig infused cocktails !!!
The bar on the 28th floor has a beautiful view of downtown. Try the delicious crab cake !
James in concierge was amazing. Perfect location to downtown Seattle.
Breakfast is pretty amazing here and happy hour in the bar goes to 11pm.
Great Bed... Nice interiors and linens... Gym is well equipped but without Barbell.
Nice hotel . Centrally located. Modern rooms but double beds were small. Restaurant is convenient but very bland for breakfast or dinner .
Reception desk staffers were extremely friendly and professional - absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
I got a hand written apology and a gift next day after a mistake by the staff . Thanks.
$40 a night for parking and $50 for your dog. Welcome to the nickel and dime hotel .
Great beds as always
Terrific staff - and the food in the lobby lounge is actually quite good!
Pike place market and Seattle aquarium is at walkable distance from the hotel ...
They no longer have pool up there. Fitness Center and Restaurant / Lounge with a killer view .
Park around the hotel , it’s way cheaper
Excellent beds.. great staff ..
Aveda toiletries in the room :-)
Blackened Salmon sandwich
This hotel is really close to the highway ; get a room on the city side !
Oven brick baked pizza
I can't believe this hotel still charges for wifi . 13 dollars a day!
Get a room away from 6th av. It's way too noisy .. Start and ending of the freeway are just in front of the hotel .
The bar on the 28th floor has great happy hour specials . Enjoy the view of downtown Seattle!
Hotel is in a great location close to Pike Place and Int’l District. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly . Free weekend breakfast at Fig and Judge for Platinums . Club lounge has decent food
Their bed is awesome.
Drop off guide bags and go straight to the bar on the 28th
Ask for.....Anyone! They staff here is great!
Good morning from Seattle. Waiting for my Uber
Guests are not entitled to a free parking
The food here is wonderful! Compliments to the Chef
Annoying that the lounge doesn't open over weekends.
Nice location!
Great service. Ice & vending machine on the 24th floor doesn't work though.
One if the best concierge lounges of ANY Marriott property!
My favorite concierge lounge because of the outdoor seating! Friendly navigators, big glasses of wine, and good food. Starbucks coffee! Coffee is only out at breakfast and evening, not all day. - kristen berkos
Get a pint of the Mack & Jack on draught ... a Seattle brew. Delicious - Nessa Carbajal
Really enjoyed my stay here. Very nice and central to just about everything downtown. - Karen Davis
Great customer service. Attentive staff. Quite impressed so far - Michelle Waterhouse Ferguson
Fabulous top floor corner room. View of city was awesome! Valet parking only and it's $$$ - SityGrl ✈️☕️????
You could literally spend hours here. The BBQ beef bowl was a highlight from Pike Pit and the mac n cheese from Beechers homemade cheese is a must. - Rachael Pearson
