I consider it the best shopping mall in town . We can find Macy's in several locations, but this is the only place that has Lord & Taylor and DSW Shoes . The cinema is nice too.

Jamba Juice is great - 2nd floor of the Canyon. But if you encounter it closed, check Red Mango . Red Mango is sometimes open later and it's on the same level, next to Sears Outlet.

The place to get screen protectors for your phone is the Zagg kiosk in the lower level. The proprietor is nice and he does an excellent job. The Zagg invisisheild is the best screen protector.

The movie theater on the top floor is surprisingly comfortable and clean , the food court is decent and has an Arcade right in there, there two retro video game stores ... whats NOT to like? Read more

Carousel , selection of stores, resturant selection, free samples and its something to do when the weather stinks.

Definitely a one stop shopping experience! This mall is huge with so much to do and so many different stores to check out. Wish we have something like this in Ohio.

Pandemic took out many of the stores. There isn’t much left & mall owners are starting to fill vacancies with non-profits & small stores with questionable longevity. Visit while it’s still open!

My favorite mall since I was a little girl...and now it's getting revamped with designer outlets and a P.F. Chang...mmm. Use the underground parking !

The Regal here is the best movie theater in the Syracuse area. Has a pretty good IMAX screen.

Careful during winter weather - rug placed at top of escalator entering bridge and not tacked down - I tripped flat out onto the floor and got badly banged up.

I wasn't a huge fan of the old Carousel Mall . Definitely feel Destiny USA is a significant upgrade.

After the expansion, Carousel Mall (aka Destiny) feels like two malls because the new is a very different layout/feel from the old.

Almost too big to navigate if you aren't familiar with it. Leave yourself plenty of time!

According to the Internet, Destiny USA is "a mall inside a mall ". I can't wait till it's done but for now it's more like a deserted shopping arcade and it gives me the creeps.

A mall ? As the biggest regional attraction ? Hey, what the heck, Minneapolis does it, why not us? It's a lovely, airy, symmetric design - ruined a bit by the new "DestiNY USA" expansion.

I love shopping at Destiny USA because I has a variety of stores and Resturants

go if you must, but try to avoid- well , everything. the only good stores are lord & taylor, j. crew, sephora, and the apple store. anything else isn't worth the headache.

Get some kettlecorn, carmelcorn, cheese corn , or regular popcorn at the carmelcorn shoppe!! A Syracuse favorite.

Very large Mall lots too do and see

It is one of the nicest mall I've ever been to.

With four levels, this is a good place to go walking in the winter.
