The service is great here! Always fast and lots of fun. Make sure you make the Apple store your first stop if you're on shopping trip. You have to sign in for a time slot if you need maintenance!

Love the product and eagerness, but it's often frantic and the young hipster Apple geeks can't seem to help talking over your head and peering down. The flood of info/products/options can overwhelm.

Ask for Josh Coy! He knows exactly what he's talking about and can answer all questions you may have! Definitely experienced!!!

If you have to download a large file, bring your notebook to the area near the Apple Store and use their free wifi . It's very fast.

the staff are very unfriendly to asian customers. They are unhelpful and impatient, the store manager is basically a racist jerk. I will never return to this store to buy any more apple products.

I'd suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early for your reservation . They took FOREVER to see me.

Gave us disinformation twice in one day. Drove an hour to the store... Didn't have what they said they did. Then the manager gave us a disingenuous apology. Unimpressed as a long time Apple customer.

Save yourself some money...Mac pro hard drive went after 13 months. 1 month out of warranty and they did nothing but manager said I should have bought the extended warranty - $232 more.
