Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residence

This is an awesome hotel to stay in wether for a pleasure or a business trip... the room is very clean and the bed is extra comfortable .

Used to be known as Prince hotel . Nearby to pavilion (walking distance), breakfast selection is good. The room service is good and quick. :)

They offer buffet alacart style for dinner ! The variety & taste are both rated 8 stars for me!

Very clean and well maintained. The location is convenient and close to the famous pavilion mall . Great value for money .

Nice Service & Room Quality , Wifi Speed is High and its Close to Pavilion Center & a Nice Foodcourt , But Hotels Food Wasn't My Good to my taste

Ramadhan buffet is great ???????? All foods are nice except their mee curry which is way tooo salty and curried ..

Very nice room with klcc view.the bed is so comfy ,u feel asleep as soon as u head touch the pillow .hee

Check-in experience was really slow. There was also a construction site outside my window. Constant hum of machinery from the site even at night!

Company townhall was held here. The dessert spread was excellent.

Amazingly bad service front desk wise. Also key powered elevator is hit and miss, be sure to yank out and press the floor at the same time that that green light comes on.

Eccucino dining staff are lovely! Door staff rmbr u after a couple days - friendly ! (main??) older desk guy is NOT nice. Good location.

Spinning hotel parking ..you will get dizzy every time you exit the parking .

Room is dated. Stains in the sofa and chair at the foot of the bed. Requested for non-smoking room. Got a room on non-smoking floor but corridor was full of ciggy smoke!

The one-bedroom apartment is perfect! Last year we were on school-holiday package, third night's free

Pillow so very soft, as soon as you sleep on it, the pillow deflated. Can seep confortable even with 2 or 3 pillows !

Strategic location. Pavilion mall is just in front.

Not my favorite.. the rooms are spacious and clean but they can renew the furniture and the styles of the rooms because they look old.

Perfect with young kids. Try the food court in the Pavilion. Perfect for cheap eats nearby. ( down stairs in Pavilon)

Buffet lunch is great. Varieties of local and international cuisine .

Nice hotel but showing a bit of age. Terrible WiFi hard to work on; long wait for elevators as only 3/5 are operational. There are better options in KL centre

It’s already 5.04pm. YET we still unable to check in to our room. Is this what called as 5 stars hotel ?

Worst hotel experience... Total power blackout on midnight, in house phone not working, crazy people ringing my door bell... Groups of people making noise at the walkway... What a 5 star experience ????

The best Hotel to stay..:)

Bad service. Key never works and we were locked out of our room almost everyday. Additionally walking around or near the hotel is very dangerous. Drivers don't stop for pedestrians. KL== HAZARD!

Soup not up to standard.

The jazz band here at Mezzanine Lounge is great.

Providing us two cards, but the other one doesn't work if there is a card in use inside the room.
