Wow! This place has an overwhelming beer selection and variety of wines and liquors . If you can't find a drink you like, you probably have excessively high standards, my friend. Foods pretty good too.
Awesome beer list . They have improved communicating outages. Great food - I had the spinach brie salad with steak . Very good. As seen in other tips the waiter had no clue about beer , mixing styles etc
Beer selection is excellent although I wish there were more Belgian styles on tap . Just personal preference. Plenty of rare-ish beers though and large local draft selection .
I love the capital ale house. It's a hip place to take friends when they come to visit. It doesn't hurt that they have every beer you could imagine!! Take your friends here & enjoy some pierogies !

The local cider is amazing. Our server was terrific, though the front of house were less than friendly . The food (we had burgers/frites) was super.

The beer menu is huge and awesome. It includes over 300 beers , a lot of them from local breweries . Stick with the small glasses, try a bunch of them and don't forget an appetizer (or share an entree).
Monday is 2$ burger night - get a cheeseburger or bean burger , so both meat eaters & vegetarians can all enjoy! Just need to buy a drink to get the deal.

I had the fish and chips this go around. Good, but make sure to ask for fresh chips, mine were cold. I recommend the Big Bad Wolf Burger! Can't go wrong with chorizo, pork, bacon, and ground beef! - C G
