This is a fantastic place! Take the chefs tasting and trust the Uchi’s team. We did it last night and left incredibly happy with the whole experience: the team led by Lary is very professional.

Hip decor , excellent service. Food is off-the-rails. You won’t leave here stuffed, but you will be oh so satisfied.
Uchi has a wonderful ambiance for any occasion, the food is superb, and the service is even better! I highly recommend Uchi if you are looking for contemporary sushi and sashimi in Denver.
The vegetarian tasting menu was delicious. Great meal to share (on the lighter side). Do NOT skip dessert !

Uchi es una experiencia sensorial! El ambiente es espectacular, la cocina a la vista es un santuario . Los platos sin obras de arte a la vista y al gusto. Imperdible.
Hay que probar Hot Rock wagyu beef y ponzu , kinoko usuzukuri hongos , shallots y giro zu, como agemomo pidan un hana (tempura de coliflor ), sushi de avocato, unagi y foie gras , makimonos y omasakes.
