We visit every time we fly in. About twice a month. Sommelier is knowledgeable . Everything we have is amazing. Can’t really go wrong. Try to tacos .
Pricey . Great people watching . It's basically a chain at this point, but super high quality and tasty.
A little pretentious , but the flavors are amazing. Good for a more intimate night out.
Black cod and miso a must. Service was so so. Give them a little time to break in.
Go with the Cold Dishes and Specialties instead of the boring rolls.
The sushi is first rate.
Black cod , yellowtail sashimi

Average taste - super pricey - Uchi is more value for money - hands down
Uchi has a wonderful ambiance for any occasion, the food is superb, and the service is even better! I highly recommend Uchi if you are looking for contemporary sushi and sashimi in Denver. - Christian Trapp
The jalapeño hamachi was incredible! We also loved the gyoza and the spicy pork ramen. The sushi is so fresh and light--you'd never know you're in Denver!!! - Anne N
Sit at the bar. Order omakase. Jam out to old school hip-hop. Service is on point as is the food. One of the best meals I've had in a long time. Omakase changes daily but is usually around $90/person. - Kasey Schindler
