Oysters are delicious, fresh and very reasonable. If you don't know which oysters you should go for, order 1 of each and try it first.

Really delicious bison burger and oysters . Only issue was that we all ordered the same thing cooked to different doneness and the waiter gave us the wrong ones. Food was so good it didn’t matter tho.

The menu changes almost every day. Lots of great daily specialties and they host many different events (wine dinners , tasting events , etc). Great date spot !

Duck fat fries are delicious! I'm not an oyster fan, but my friends who are love $1 oyster night . I've had so - so luck with the vegetarian entrees.

Fresh all local ingredients , menu changes . Expensive but tasty. A nice romantic place , great for friends and groups. Not too loud .

The frites & poutine are delicious! Also check on what homemade soda flavors they have. Seasonal, like rhubarb !

Food is just okay... Had better for the price, we had a plethora of oysters that really, you can't go wrong with. The fries cooked in duck fat didn't taste anything different from reg fries .

Try one of Tim's amazing "locavore" craft cocktails . They change monthly, always using fresh local ingredients .

Try the Flim Flam Man - Mescal , pineapple creme de violette , Meyer lemon - black pepper syrup , Velvet Falernum

Good food. Seasonal eating is great.

Butternut squash poutine with duck sage gravy is exemplary.
