These shops have been improving over the past years, recently more stores have been added. Great place to shop and not be in a mall .
Apparently, they just redid the whole complex. It's very pleasant. And practical.
Ignore that comment/tip of Ross being open til 1am. EVERY SHOP CLOSES @9PM!
