DO NOT buy the insurance protection!! Sales people lie to you and tell you it has coverages it doesn't!! Car stereo went out 3 weeks ago. I was told come in and get a new one. They sent it for repair

I came in and complained about how long it was taking for car stereo repair. I was told they would replace at no cost to me. Now they say I have to pay for difference in model because mines not avail.
