I love hanging out here on a Saturday afternoon, but you better get here early if you want to use one of the computers

Staff is super friendly , at least the guy I worked with was. Definitely make an appointment online ahead of time, though, because it was PACKED. Otherwise, bring a book to read while you wait.

Helpful staff , great store design...I mean, it's Apple. They're simply incredible.

Gets very busy so make sure u check in your visit with anyone holding an iPad. Kinda like concierge service but can be frustrating if your unsure what to do when u walk in and need help.

I had quite the issue with my iPad. This staff is personable, helpful and overall amazing. Great location with knowledgeable staff .

Apple camp is a fun summer activity for the kids plus it's free!!

Once you go MAC you never go back! Worth every penny of investment. Also, get the applecare warranty (they replace everything).

The place is a mad house. I would not describe the person helping us as a genius. I would describe her as a drone who could not think for herself.

Was sent here by Apple Support on the phone yesterday only to find out that there was no reason for me to come here at all. Apple really needs to get their crap together.

Avoid this Apple Store if you can. Staff rush you through Purchasing and the Genius Bar as the store is always packed. Go to Suburban Square in Ardmore, short drive down the road .

Best Buy has Macs cheaper than the Apple store!

Pretty sure all apple stores do this but I don't loke how they use a phone to ring you up when you buy stuff. Not as safe as a normal register. But large store and helpful staff .

In there for a hour and 45 mins to exchange phone, walk out with old broken one still.. Guy named Joe is a ass, bad customer service..
