Plenty of seating options in this suburban locale of Shack-tastic-ness. Newbies (and regulars) just need a Single Shack Burger to make their day complete. Must try for all burger enthusiasts.

This location's a good one! Different offerings from locations in New York, plus beer and wine . Also has awesome outdoor seating .

The vanilla milk shakes are awesome. NOTHING like what you would get at any other restaurant . Try one. If you don't want vanilla , they have many unique varieties.

Often in the shadow of the Shack burger , the Shack-cago dog is a grand slam treat and great alternative.

SHAKE SHACK is the best, shack burger and mixed milkshake is my go-to. They usually have great beer available, and service is quick

The burgers were great, on par or slightly better than smashburger. The fries were weak, limp, and lacked any flavor. Overall a great burger , will come back, but the fries can stay in the kitchen.

The shroom burger was the only vegetarian sandwich in the menu, but my god it's so good! I'll be returning just for this alone!!

Pricey , and the burgers aren't very big, but they are delicious, and you can get beer . Then beer is made specifically for SS via Brooklyn Brewery .

Try the Shack X IPA when on tap . Nice dark color and hoppy flavor goes well with a Shack Burger !

All the great taste without the hour long wait . It's not on the mall and is somewhat hard to find but well worth it.

If you get a double hamburger with cheese and shake sauce, it's 9¢ cheaper than getting a double Shackburger. A penny saved...!

Walked in at 11:05 after they had cashed out the cash registers and the manager comped our milkshakes . Great customer service! Definitely not something other retailers would have done.

Get the Schuykyll Punch (aka triple filtered municipal water). It's deliciously refreshing!

Skip the chicken sandwich . Not sure why I bothered, since I really wanted a burger . It was tasteless. The fries , however,are always the bomb.

The sun beams on every table! It's awful your either sweating or the sun is directly in your eyes. Bad set up

Was overrated. Took over 20 minutes for a burger that was less than a quarter pound of meat. The burger sauce was good but need to improve their service.
