Previously at Heron Quay, this illuminated sculpture by Pierre Vivant was taken down in 2012 and relocated to the roundabout outside Billingsgate Market in 2014.
It's a tree made of traffic lights on a roundabout. Don't take the signals literally... use it as a roundabout.
