Avoid just after work (up to 7.30pm) - very busy! Or if you have to make sure you are registered to use quick scan - only way of jumping the queue

Extensive collection and helpful staff . It is mostly crowded but you can always find an empty counter at the self check out.

This is my favourite supermarket . The staff is attentive and polite, always ready to help, the range of products is amazing

You must be try that seriously amazing yummy Apple Pie and Madagasgar Vanilla Ice Cream 

Parking can be validated on weekdays with a Waitrose £10 gift card or at weekends at any store/restaurant with a +£10 purchase.

Have a fantastic cheese variety, for a market . And it's spacious and accessible.

Very well equipped with numerous speciality counters (from charcuterie to wine bar )

Sometimes too crowded . But good selection of food - especially fresh meat , fish and cheese .

Go before 5pm on weekdays. Otherwise most of the fruit and veg you want is gone!!!!

Jack the boy who works behind the deli counter is a complete ledge. Also makes me smile.

Definitely food tastes better with Waitrose ingredients.

Extremely knowledgeable wine staff . For a special occasion , check out the premium wines in the separate cellar.

Extremely knowledgeable staff and if they can't help they'll be eager to find a member of staff that can. Using tills on other floors is a cheeky move but is much faster at peak times.

Grab a curry at the restaurant in the back. Pretty mild with excellent portion sizes.

Ask for 50/50 if you can't decide which option to have at the hot food bar .

Wine bar . And steak bar . Nice.

Avoid the crush. Have a drink at the bar !

Don't use the self service tills! Badly designed and if anything in a glass container can topple off onto the floor

Wine bar has nice menu but incredibly slow service
