I love this hotel . Great food, good service , huge and clean hotel rooms, excellent executive lounge with generous cocktails and panoramic splendid view of Reykjavik. (Thanks to Ofæf, Ńümę and Ølï) ^_^
The low rating on 4sq is due to small # of reviews. Google this hotel and you'll see it's absolutely top notch. Comfortable , luxurious , great staff .
Ask for a room facing the mountains and witness a glowing fireball that is the midnight sun.
About a 25 minute walk to the Centre of town , but the breakfast is good and so is the bar food. Nose Spanish Rioja Rose in the bar .
When booking , choose the potential upgrade option. We scored an amazing suite for only $70 extra/night. Wish US hotels offered this option!
Perfectly nice, clean and well appointed Hilton, but in a remote part of Reykjavik. If you want to be downtown, check out the Canopy!
Nice hotel but not in center of town . Convenient bus only 5 mins into town . About 15 min walk. Free wifi & nice hotel bar & restaurant .
For a great meal, walk a short distance along to the Brasserie Askur. Turn right as you leave the front door of the hotel . Excellent buffet offer.
A lot of comments on paid and expensive wifi but at our visit wifi is free for 6 device pr room. This is the new standard.
When you go for dinner , note that the Hilton distinguishes between "restaurant " aka fine dining for $60+ for a main, and "bistro ". Go to the bistro or check out the restaurants right of the hotel .
WiFi is definitely free now for hotel guests . Very nice Hilton with a great bar and restaurant .
Great "appy hour" and bus passes! Great service and view as well :)
Slightly disappointed with no room service or food after 10pm. Great breakfast and dinner , ok rooms.
Worth the extra costs for the Executive rooms
Nice hotel but it's a bit of a walk to the center of town .
The Friday happy hour is a local networking event for people from all walks of life.
If you re hungry stay away from the tapas or have 3 or 4 !

Restaurant Vox-you must try!!!
Delicious breakfast !
Don't miss the breakfast !
Happy hour on Fridays between 5 and 7
Happy hour 17-19
Beautifully built and furnished with marble bathrooms . The bed is very comfortable . Great bar . Breakfast is pitiful. Scrambled eggs was dry and cheap sausages . Even the bread was stale.
Bring your own shampoo/conditioner.
Vox is a good option to dinner .
Business lounge is a must
Stay somewhere else!
A Nova fundi
Vox has a great tasting menu . One of the better ones in town . Which is surprising, given that it's a hotel restaurant .

Really good tasting menu and best wine pairings Ive had in Iceland (although still not amazing). Bit on the expensive side but definitely worth it - Andrew Ramsey
Beautiful spa! Four hot tubs, including a floating pool, an outdoor tub, and two that come with a 10 minute shoulder massage. Classy place! - Jenny K
Breakfast in the morning, refreshments throughout the day, dinner snacks and open bar between 5pm and 7pm, including Hennessy VSOP, Johnnie Walker, beers, cider and much more:) - C J
Very good hotel in Reykjavik, if not the best. Excellent facilities. - Bragi Magnusson
Natura Spa here was great. I had massage then used pool and sauna facilities. Book an appointment for tourist helicopter ride and go here afterwards. Perfect. - Debbie Davies
Comfortable hotel, lots of common area spaces to hang out, nice bar, and delicious cafe. - Margaret Ippolito
Amazing building inside and out. Interesting shops and cafe areas. Worth even just a wander through to get a look at the incredible structure from the inside! - Justin
Grillmarkadurinn is an excellent restaurant with a pleasant staff and delicious food. It is a little on the pricey side, but it's worth it. - Richard Cassem
